Description

The Epoxy Cleaner is an alkaline-based gel specifically formulated to remove epoxy residues and patinas from grouted surfaces after installation. Its gentle yet effective formula ensures compatibility with sensitive materials like natural stone, ceramics, and concrete, without causing corrosion or damage. Application Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Remove surface dust, debris, and coarse dirt.
    • Protect adjacent surfaces not to be treated.
    • Ensure the surface temperature is between 41°F and 104°F (5°C to 40°C).
    • Wait at least 2 days after grouting for full curing before application.
  2. Application:
    • Apply the product directly to the surface using a brush or single-disc machine.
    • Let it sit:
      • Soft residues: 10–15 minutes
      • Stubborn/aged residues: 20–30 minutes
    • Agitate the surface periodically with a brush or pad.
  3. Rinsing:
    • Add clean water to emulsify the solution and remove residues.
    • Use a vacuum cleaner, cloth, or mop to collect excess liquid.
    • Rinse thoroughly with water and repeat if necessary.
  4. Final Steps:
    • After rinsing, allow the surface to dry before foot traffic.
    • For ongoing maintenance, use a suitable cleaner like Neutral Cleaner or Floor Cleaner.

Safety Guidelines:

  • Always use personal protective equipment (gloves and goggles) during application.
  • Avoid applying on heated or wet surfaces.
  • Do not mix with other chemicals.
