This elegant backyard in Westchester, PA, is a true showcase of modern outdoor living. Using 20×40 porcelain pavers, the design brings a clean and cohesive look to the pool, patio, and surrounding spaces. The seamless integration of White and Smokey porcelain pavers creates a sophisticated yet functional outdoor retreat that’s perfect for entertaining or unwinding in style.
The project utilized White Porcelain Pavers for their crisp, clean look, and Smokey Porcelain Pavers for a subtle contrast that enhances the overall design. Both pavers, in the versatile 20×40 size, provide a sleek, modern aesthetic while offering practical benefits such as durability, slip resistance, and easy maintenance. Their non-porous surface ensures they remain beautiful over time, even in high-traffic areas like this poolside and patio.
All pool copings were crafted using Smokey Porcelain Pavers. Each piece was cut and mitered on one long side with a 2” drop for a smooth and polished look. The installer’s innovative approach of using 1-foot-wide mitered pieces to achieve a radius coping effect is a standout feature. This precision craftsmanship highlights the versatility of porcelain and adds an extra layer of sophistication to the design.
One of the most eye-catching elements of this project is the use of grass to separate the porcelain pavers. This thoughtful detail creates a seamless transition from the patio to the pool area while adding texture and contrast to the overall design. It’s a modern twist that elevates the space and leaves a lasting impression.
